The first and most important step in making a soft and fluffy paratha is to knead the dough well. Make sure to sieve the flour before using it and add lukewarm water while kneading the dough. Do not add all the water in one go as this would make things messy. If you go wrong here – there’s no turning back.
2.Cover The Dough
Once the dough is ready, apply some oil and cover it with a muslin cloth for at least 15-20 minutes. This will allow the dough to rise swiftly and help in retaining its moisture. Without covering the dough, the surface is likely to dry out and would not give you the desired results.
