The chicken breast is cleaned, flattened and marinated with just salt, thyme and pepper before stuffing it with the quinoa mix which is cooked with garlic, onion, cheese, bell peppers and chilli flakes. The chicken breast is then coated with almond flour instead of besan or maida, roasted crushed foxnuts and egg before deep-frying in oil.
