Another new retail spot has opened in the Palisades Center, targeted toward those looking to spice up their culinary creations.
Pepper Palace, which features a variety of hot-food products like hot sauce, salsa, barbecue sauce, wing sauce, seasonings, rubs and condiments, opened on Sept. 25. It joins a recently opened Auntie Ann’s and a 7/11 at the West Nyack mall.
Founded in 1989 by Craig and Tanya Migawa, Pepper Palace has over 80 locations in the United States and Canada.

“We are excited to bring unique flavors and sauces to the New York area,” said Craig Migawa.
Customers can find Pepper Palace on level one of the mall, near H&M. Some products found on the store’s website include a raspberry chipotle sauce, coffee rub, mesquite smoked jalapeno salsa, and “The End.” hot sauce.
Pepper Palace is the fourth store to open in the Palisades Center following its reopening after being closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The hot-foods store follows Auntie Anne’s, 7-Eleven, and the Rockland-native owned Sneaker Spot.
“We are honored to welcome Pepper Palace to our great line-up of specialty food retailers,” Palisades Center general manager Darrin Houseman said. “They bring with them award-winning products, flavors and experience that our guests will love.”
